Well, I kind of got carried away in teddy land. But, I'm done for now. I've just put all of the teddy material away. There's more "after work" than I really like. It really is sock time now. But, these guys are quite the little community.

Here's my green teddy. Isn't he the cutest?? The sewing and the stuffing and the face doing is kind of a pain but since it's mostly knit in one piece, it isn't as bad as it could be.
Here is the pattern. Note: Starting with the second row, you should increase, not decrease. My sock needles arrived today so it's back to the socks for a bit before the next teddy.

While it's hot and while I'm waiting for my new sock needles, it's Teddy Bear Time!! The pattern is one I found a while back and have only made once before. It's a very clever pattern. Here's what the finished product looks like.
Aren' they cute? For my first one, used some leftover dark green. It's finished now and ready to be sewn and stuffed.
I need to run out tomorrow and get stuffing.
